If you make a purchase from our made to order items, they typically require 3-4 weeks to be made.
We will keep you updated on the progress and notify you once your piece is ready for shipping.Changes and Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of these pieces, changes or cancellations can only be accommodated within 48 hours of placing the order.
After this period, we begin production and cannot modify or cancel the order.Returns and Exchanges
Made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
We highly recommend you check your ring size before purchase a made to order ring. If you request a ring size that does not fit you, exchanges are subject to availability. You can check your ring size here.

We offer 10% off your first purchase when you subscribe to our mailing list and free shipping on orders over $200 AUD.
We do not have regular promotional periods on our jewellery, as all items are handmade. We do not have the markup that mass produced or high volume brands might have.
