All Australian orders are dispatched using Australia Post.
For ready to ship items, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
For pre-order items, they will be fulfilled within 20-28 days of purchase.
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $200 AUD to anywhere in Australia.Regular Post - Flat rate $10, delivered in 2-6 business days.
Express Post - Flat rate $12, delivered in 1-3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and can be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Generally, international orders will arrive within 7-21 business days. Please note that customs processing may delay delivery times.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country’s regulations.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns. However, you may exchange your item or receive a store credit. Note exchanges are subject to availability - any exchanges for a made to order item may take up to 28 days to fulfill.
We do not accept returns for wear and tear or improper care and misuse of your item.
If you purchase a ring that doesn’t fit you, you may exchange subject to availability. However, we recommend you review our size guide here.
Each piece is carefully inspected before being shipped but if you believe your piece is faulty we will accept returns for repair or replacement within 10 days of receiving your item and we will do our very best to find a solution. Please allow up to 28 days for repairs.
Please note faulty items do not include: general wear & tear items that have cracked or chipped gemstones/pearls, broken/pulled chains caused from misuse or dropping the piece.
Return shipping and handling is at the customers expense (excluding faulty items) and items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
